Tender sirloin tips sauteed with mushrooms and scallions in a sweet Marsala wine demi-glace. Served on a bed of rice pilaf and a vegetable.

Crab Roll and Chowder
A classic combination of Maine favorites. Delicious crab salad in a grilled roll topped with lettuce and served with a cup of our award-winning seafood chowder.

Chicken Caesar Salad
Fresh romaine lettuce, grated Romano cheese and croutons tossed with our homemade Caesar dressing. Topped with a grilled chicken breast.

BBQ Chicken Sandwich
A boneless breast of chicken char grilled and topped with crispy bacon and melted cheddar and our own Bourbon BBQ sauce. Served with french fries and cole slaw.

Black Bean Burger
