Music on the Deck is a nice way to spend a sunday afternoon so we have the trio, Pepperell Square, sing harmonies and play songs everyone would know and love to hear. 

                     

 

    Feb. 27th we had a fund raiser to raise money for the "Climb for Cancer" team which in turn donates the money to the Gibson Pavilion at the Maine Medical Center.  The climb for Cancer team will climb Mt. Rainer later this year.  We had many local businesses donate items to be auctioned off and also had the band, Elmore

Twist, play some good old rock and roll tunes.  It was a hit!                                                    

 

              

                                

 

  March 4th Wine Tasting in the small room upstairs went very well.  We had our wines off our wines list to sample along with a spread of appetizers put together by   our  kitchen.                                  

                  

 

 

    We celebrate our dedication to the Firefighters with the ribbon cutting and the renaming of the bar to "The Firehouse Tavern" at Charlie Beigg's with members of the Chamber of Commerce and community present along with some former fire fighters and their families on Tuesday Oct.7th, 2008.
